2-1-1 makes it possible for people in need to navigate the complex and ever-growing maze of human services’ agencies and programs.

2-1-1 is free, confidential and available in English and Spanish to anyone between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. Callers outside standard business hours will receive a follow-up call the next business day by a trained referral specialist. Offices are closed national holidays.

2-1-1. If you are unable to access 2-1-1 from your office, contact your phone system administrator to see if your system can be programmed to make
