STORIES ABOUT CYCLING CROSS COUNTRY
From April to October, 2002, Tim Wheat traveled across the United
States by car, plane, train, bus, van and 5,000 miles on his
bicycle. With snow covering the mountains to the west, Tim parked
his bike in Boulder Colorado and took a job applying the Independent
Living lessons he learned to "real world." At the Center
for People With Disabilities in Boulder, Tim is an
Independent Living Instructor.
